At 24-years-old, many people are beginning to plot out their career goals, adjusting to adult life and paying off student loans. At 24 years old, Simone Biles is planning her own retirement. Then again, Biles is not your typical 20-something. She has already won four Olympic Gold Medals, received the Arthur Ashe Courage Award and become a global superstar. As the 2021 Summer Olympic Games near, Biles has already begun plotting her exit from gymnastics and transitioning into the next stage of her life.

"I've already done quite a lot, but I'm still trying to reach new heights and see what I'm capable of," Biles said during a recent interview with Glamour.

"I'm just really excited to see what's out there in the world and to see what else I'm good at. My coaches Cecile and Laurent are from Paris, so I think that would be a good run to end with them there. I'll see where we go."

While it's clear that Biles is years ahead in her planning, her focus still remains on the upcoming Summer Olympic Games. Having just won her seventh national women's all-around title at the U.S. Gymnastics Championships, the global superstar is in rare form. She is favored in nearly every category she's set to compete in. Not to mention, the American gymnastics team is in contention to reach the medal stand as it did in 2016.

"I think I can speak for myself and other athletes: we're all ready to show what we've been working on for so long and get out there and represent our countries," Biles told InStyle about her excitement for the 2021 Summer Olympic Games.

"I'm super excited about it. I know it'll be different, not like the Olympics we've ever had before, but I also think that's what makes it special too."

The 2021 Summer Olympic Games are set to begin on July 23 in Tokyo, Japan and run until August 8.
