The new year will look extra special for Amber Heard as she is expecting her second child.
A spokesperson for the 38-year-old Aquaman actress confirmed to People that Heard is "delighted" to be pregnant with baby number two, adding to her growing family that also includes 3-year-old daughter Oonagh Paige.
"It is still quite early in the pregnancy, so you will appreciate that we do not want to go into much detail at this stage," the rep said. "Suffice to say that Amber is delighted both for herself and Oonagh Paige."
Heard first became a mom after welcoming Oonagh via surrogate in April 2021, announcing the birth of her bundle of joy three months later in a heartfelt Instagram post declaring that she had decided years prior to have a child and "do it on my own terms."
"I now appreciate how radical it is for us as women to think about one of the most fundamental parts of our destinies in this way," she said at the time. "I hope we arrive at a point in which it's normalized to not want a ring in order to have a crib."
Heard's pregnancy news comes more than two years after her highly-publicized defamation trial with ex-husband Johnny Depp. Months after losing the legal battle, she and Oonagh moved to Madrid, Spain.
