Rihanna and A$AP Rocky have welcomed their first daughter into the world.
On Wednesday, September 24, the Grammy Award-winning singer announced the birth of her and her longtime boyfriend's third child. Their first daughter's name is Rocki Irish Mayers, and she was born on September 13. In her Instagram post, RiRi shared an adorable photo of herself holding the infant in her arms, followed by an image of two pink baby punching gloves. The couple announced they were expecting their third child back in May after the "Friend Of Mine" singer debuted her baby during their appearance at the 2025 Met Gala.
Rihanna and A$AP Rocky have two kids together: RZA Athelston, 3, and Riot Rose, 2. The couple announced they were expecting baby RZA in January 2022 while walking together in New York City. They welcomed him into the world five months later. He was named after the Wu-Tang Clan producer and rapper RZA, while his second name was inspired by Rocky's middle name Athelaston. RiRi announced she was pregnant with her second son during her Super Bowl Halftime Show performance in February 2023.
While Rihanna has spoken about motherhood in the past, A$AP Rocky recently opened up about RiRi's latest pregnancy being different than her other two.
“Nothing’s ever the same," Rocky said during a recent interview with GQ. "Each experience is always just different in its own right. And it's no different with this one."
“I think the evolution of who I am as a person, as an individual, as a dad, an artist, as far as being a parent at that time," he added. "Just quite f**king interesting if you ask me, to see in front of everybody's eyes how much I've been yearning to be a dad, and a loving dad.”
