Today Gov. Gavin Newsom signed a new law that "will raise the minimum wage for fast food workers to $20 per hour next year."
This new law will go into effect on April 1st and will make the fast food workers in Cali have the highest guaranteed based salary in the industry. California's minimum wage for all other workers in the state is at $15.50 per hour so this bump is incredible for those working in the fast food industry. For more, click here.
